Mid Level All-Source Analyst (Production)
for a position at
Fort Meade, MD, near Columbia, MD.
Mid Level All-Source Analyst (Production)
Conduct all‑source intelligence analysis to assess, forecast, and explain national security and cyber threats
Provide analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and mission planning
Research, evaluate, and deconflict classified, technical intrusion, open‑source, and partner intelligence reporting
Analyze and characterize cyber threats, malware, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Identify threat trends and develop cyber indicators in support of the Defense Warning Program
Support offensive and defensive cyber operations (OCO/DCO), including JIPOE, intelligence estimates, and operational planning
Monitor cyber threats to the DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure/key resources
Collaborate with Intelligence Community, DoD, DHS, and mission partners at the direction of leadership and government sponsors
Maintain awareness of domestic and international cyber events to identify emerging risks and intelligence gaps
Identify and develop cyber entities for targeting; maintain intelligence records in MIDB or successor systems
Produce, edit, and disseminate timely intelligence products, including reports, bulletins, indicators, and trend analyses
Develop and deliver intelligence briefings and presentations to senior leadership (up to GO/FO level)
Support cyber exercises, including scenario development and white‑cell or role‑playing support
Respond to staff requests for information and provide analytical meeting support as required
Use intelligence tools and databases such as Palantir, Intellipedia, MIDB, CyberCOP, Tripwire, and related platforms
Participate in mission‑related meetings; limited travel may be required (virtual participation preferred)
Adhere to ODNI and DIA all‑source analytic tradecraft standards
Requirements
TS/SCI Security Clearance
Possesses either a certificate of completion /or verified work experience/course work equivalent to the skills identified in DoD Directive 8570.01 for IAT level 1 or IAM level 1.
Three (3) years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years and either a Bachelor's degree or an additional four (4) years of direct experience, for a total of seven (7) years of experience in the specific labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced
Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies
Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
Desired Skills
Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
