Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Delhi, OH. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The representative will work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of interactions and collaborating with the internal team to improve service quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Customer Support and resolving inquiries effectively
Proficiency in ensuring high standards of Customer Experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a client-facing, on‑site setting in a professional and efficient manner
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction management tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
