Job Description At Allstate, we protect families and their belongings from life's uncertainties. The Leasing Senior Consultant I role focuses on real estate transaction management, financial oversight, and productivity gains within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of corporate retail lease transactions, including site searches, financial analysis, deal structuring, negotiations, and execution.

Lead lease renewal processes across the assigned region, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal requirements.

Support new lease transactions by coordinating site identification, market research, and comparative analysis.

Partner with external brokers and real estate attorneys to facilitate efficient, accurate, and compliant transactions.

Maintain responsibility for all necessary documentation, approvals, and deal timelines.

Develop, manage, and forecast the annual operating budget for the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).

Review and validate rent charges, operating expenses, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations; resolve discrepancies and dispute inaccurate billings.

Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy costs, portfolio savings, lease cycle times, and market benchmarks.

Recommend process enhancements or portfolio strategies based on financial and operational performance.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis using commercial real estate platforms including CoStar, Crexi, and other industry tools.

Evaluate retail market conditions, rental rates, and property comparables to support data‑driven transaction decisions.

Serve as a key point of contact for landlords, brokers, internal stakeholders, and Allstate's corporate real estate leadership.

Resolve landlord issues related to billing, maintenance, lease compliance, and other operational matters.

Ensure alignment with Allstate's corporate standards, policies, and brand requirements across all leased locations.

Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $70,000–$104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Total compensation for this role includes base compensation plus incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) where applicable.

Background Check The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
