Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Primarily Remote (Atlanta)
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a thorough understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both admitted and non‑admitted carriers’ coverage lines.
Responsibilities
Manage a substantial, established book of business.
Perform client‑facing duties, maintaining strong relationships.
Handle new and renewal submissions efficiently.
Review insurance contracts for inaccuracies.
Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Check policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals.
Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Retain all accounts assigned to the team.
Apply problem‑solving skills to address cancellations, claims, renewal matters, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
Qualifications
Active P&C license.
Minimum of 3 years of account management experience.
Above‑average computer skills, with ability to become proficient in necessary programs.
