Manager - Product Analytics Sales
Job Duties
Manage and define product analytics processes including data collection, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Develop strategic direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure team delivers high‑quality research, reporting, and documentation.
Develop team capabilities in analytical thinking, effective communication, strategic problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Manage creation of competitor analyses, whitespace assessments, customer demand models, and market segmentation insights to inform decision‑making.
Develop frameworks and tools that empower Product Managers and executives to make well‑informed strategic decisions.
Create and review dashboards, reports, and presentations that inform product strategies, pricing, positioning, and competitive comparisons.
Develop communication tools, prepare materials for meetings and executive presentations, and foster strong partnerships with Product Managers to maintain alignment across every stage of the product lifecycle.
Apply strong business judgment to ensure analytics efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable value.
Perform the various Talent Development duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development Discussions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews.
Responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
5‑7 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Analytics/Data Science or Engineering)
Non‑degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Occasional travel (0‑5%)
Occasional overnight stays (0‑5%)
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or mentoring a team and delivering insights that support product and business decisions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and competitive analyses that inform product planning and strategy.
Effective communication skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leadership and working across cross‑functional teams.
