Part-time Fulfillment Specialist
Location: 799 W Charlotte Ave, Mount Holly, NC 28120
Shift(s): MON‑TUE‑WED‑THU‑FRI, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (10 – 28 hours/week)
Overview Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry‑leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 799 W Charlotte Ave, Mount Holly, NC 28120.
Responsibilities
Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
Interact with customers while making deliveries.
Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
Required Position Qualifications
18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work.
Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (and meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use).
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self‑directed, and customer‑service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages typically weighing 25 lbs–50 lbs, and may weigh up to 75 lbs.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Guam only).
Preferred Position Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry‑related work experience.
