Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and operations of spaces and facilities.

Assist in the development of space plans to optimize space utilization while incorporating end‑user requirements.

Gather, organize, analyze, and understand departmental space requirements.

Work with building occupant groups to achieve space solutions that meet departmental requirements within Facilities policy constraints.

Prepare and update occupancy space plans.

Schedule and assist departments with move preparation activities and logistics.

Execute and analyze multiple projects of high complexity.

Other Physical Requirements This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. Working in a clean room may require the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

Compensation and Benefits Salary: $116,000.00 - $159,500.00

Location: Tempe, AZ

Full time. Assignee / Regular employee. No travel. No relocation eligible.
