Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer

Schedule in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians

Effectively communicate with the customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed

Inventory management – receive incoming parts, manage returns, and assign inventory to jobs and technicians

Attention to detail – must be able to take good notes to relay all relevant information to technicians and other staff

Accounts Receivable management – manage customer payments and payment information on file

Teamwork – work with office and technical staff to ensure great customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Exceptional Customer Service – the voice of the company, delivering a great customer experience and demonstrating empathy

Problem Solving – critical thinking skills and the ability to solve issues so the job gets scheduled and fixed correctly the first time

Efficiency – the ability to respond to all customers’ needs for the day and excel in a fast‑paced office environment

Punctuality and Reliability – available and on time to deliver a great experience

Pride in the Details – attention to detail in completing customer information and reports

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Good communication skills

Basic computer and data entry skills

Previous office experience is a plus!

Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
