This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eugene, OR, where you will work collaboratively to meet service goals while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
Strong focus on Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and problem-solving
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with technology and phone systems is a plus
Prior experience in call center or customer-facing roles is preferred
25 wpm typing speed is required
must pass a background check and drug screening
