Customer Service Representative Summary
Provide support to current and potential customers by advising part information, taking new orders, and assessing quality issues. Work with production and vendors to meet customer delivery requirements and relay all necessary information. Responsibilities
Answer customers\' questions about products, prices, and availability. Recommend products to customers, based on customers\' needs. Issue purchase orders for procuring needed items. Track vendor delivery and quality performance. Receive incoming products and direct to proper departments. Specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current and potential customers Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Business Central ERP experience preferred. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. Working Conditions
Standard office environment as well as production floor, job-shop environment, and shipping / stock room. Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED 2 years\' work experience preferred Good communication and phone skills General computer knowledge of word / excel / outlook, we will train on our ERP system which is Business Central by Microsoft. Company pays 70% of individual health care, 401K with 3% Safe Harbor which is basically we donate 3% of total salary/ wage into your 401K .
