Overview
Domino’s Pizza is seeking qualified customer service representatives who excel in communication, teamwork and cash handling. The role offers flexible part- or full‑time schedules and opportunities to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Perform additional store tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Excellent communication skills with customers and co‑workers, both verbally and written.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above in some areas.
Potential contact with fumes, cornmeal dust, and food odors.
Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching.
Lifting up to 50 pounds for deliveries and up to 72 inches in height for stocking.
Carrying up to 30 pounds for pizza sauce and 12 pounds per tray for dough.
Pushing a stack of trays on a dolly (up to 30 trays) requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Climbing stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks.
Forward bending at the waist for 30–45 seconds per stretch during the day.
Reaching above 72 inches for oven controls and sign changes.
Additional Information
Eye‑hand coordination is essential; continuous use of hands.
Frequent forceful use of forearms and wrists for dough shaping and pizza peel manipulation.
Manipulate pizza cutter, peel, and cardboard boxes.
Use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and TDD equipment as required.
