
Property Manager

As the Property Manager , you will be directly responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of an assigned community to achieve the business objectives of the company. Not only will you lead to obtain the objectives for the company, but you will also lead your team-members by establishing the highest level of customer service which will create and propel the ultimate residential lifestyle for the community you will oversee.
Responsibilities
Directs all community operations and ensure that the company financial and business objectives are being achieved
Provide leadership and guidance to all office, leasing, and maintenance teams
Develop short-term and long-term marketing plans to achieve and sustain occupancy
Plan, organize, promote, and implement resident functions in conjunction with the staff
Ensure the effective execution of lease renewal strategies and resident retention/resident satisfaction plans
Develops, maintains, and ensures all maintenance is completed in accordance with company standard
Develop, implement, and follow property operating budget. Maintain and control property income and expenses. Maximize NOI by managing occupancy at the maximum achievable rents.
Provide regular operations efficiency reports as required
Performs regular property inspections for cleanliness, curb appeal, and to ensure the property is free of hazards, in accordance with company standard
Performs all reasonable duties assigned by Regional Manager or corporate staff
Adheres to established policies related to fair housing
Qualifications
Minimum of three to five years in a community manager role
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
Ability to meet deadlines
Capable of performing duties with limited supervision
