Your Impact as Sales Support Administrator

Provide exceptional customer service receiving inbound customer calls, emails, walk-in inquiries, and in-person visits – answering questions, discussing solutions, processing orders and follow up with sales teams as needed

Closely work with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer service approach.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation in collaboration with the outside sales team.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.

Maintain and update systems with customer data, sales activity, and order tracking.

Follow up on provided quotes to drive conversions, assist in finalizing sales, and ensure timely closure of orders and invoices.

Assist with inventory tracking, pricing updates, and documentation related to material handling equipment

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table as Sales Support Administrator

High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination, preferably in warehouse solutions, industrial equipment, or a similar industry is a plus

Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g., racking systems, conveyors, forklifts, automation solutions) is a strong asset

Be able to pass a background check & drug screening
