Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Parts Counter Representative
at our Rhinelander, WI location.
In this role, you will assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, and help ship daily orders. You’ll work at the parts counter, over the phone, and behind the scenes—supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting inventory control, including cycle counts and organization
Handling shipping and receiving tasks
Maintaining a clean, organized parts and warehouse area
Recommending parts and solutions based on customer needs
Qualifications
Experience in shipping & receiving and inventory control
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic sales knowledge and ability to recommend products
Familiarity with inventory systems and computer tools
Preferred
Experience with heavy equipment, forestry, or construction parts
Aftermarket parts experience

Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
