Job Overview
Work as a Branch Customer Service Representative at The Auto Club Group, promoting products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting branch operations.
Responsibilities
Provide sales and support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products and banking products.
Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate.
Provide cashiering services: accept and process payments, balance cash drawer, process remittance/depository transfers.
Receive and resolve member/customer complaints, escalating to management when needed.
Provide administrative support to travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods.
Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a customer‑focused environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet office service goals.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Team‑player in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends.
Basic math skills for monetary transactions.
Enthusiasm for working with people and exceeding member expectations.
