Overview
Work with a leading firm in the ride-sharing and transportation industry as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will step in to lead marketing strategy and execution for key business domains, acting as the primary marketing point of contact for cross-functional partners. Whether you are scaling travel partnerships with major airlines or launching new quality promises for ride modes, you will be the expert on user insights and the driving force behind campaign success. The Loyalty Marketing team works closely with cross-functional partners to shape our loyalty strategy, drive adoption of loyalty programs and partnerships, and make every ride more rewarding. Key Responsibilities
Create and own end-to-end marketing strategies autonomously. Lead both inbound strategic work and outbound executional work for marketing campaigns. Act as the domain expert for user insights and represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings with Product, Research, Design, and Business Development. Set and measure clear success metrics for all marketing campaigns. Communicate strategies and updates effectively to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats. Manage and execute campaigns for specific domains (Travel/Partnerships or Ride Modes/Quality Promises). Monitor and analyze performance metrics including rides per rider, program adoption, engagement rates, and retention, using insights to optimize initiatives. Collaborate with Strategic Business Development, Product, Research, Design, and cross-functional partners to shape loyalty strategy and roadmap. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience (Product Marketing, Lifecycle, or similar). Proven track record of designing and executing loyalty programs or retention strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Ability to operate at a Senior Manager level with minimal oversight. Proven track record of writing marketing strategies and seeing them through to creative execution. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide a work product sample (e.g., a GTM strategy) during the interview process. Preferred Qualifications
Background in Consumer Technology, B2C. Experience with loyalty programs, retention marketing, or travel-related offerings. Experience working at a well-known or "big tech" brand.
