Centre Realty Group is growing, and we are looking to add motivated Real Estate Specialists to our team serving the Greater Boston area. Candidates must live in or near Boston, Massachusetts, and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet these criteria.

At Centre Realty Group, we operate across residential sales, rentals, and off-campus housing, giving our agents the ability to work multiple sides of the business while building income and experience.
We generate daily inbound leads for both sales and rentals, allowing agents to step into real opportunities instead of starting from scratch. Our focus is simple: to help agents get into production, stay consistent, and build long-term success.
Agents joining our team have access to systems designed to support organization, follow‑up, and conversion. Our platform includes Follow Up Boss CRM for lead management, Dotloop for transaction coordination, and Google Workspace for communication. Agents also benefit from online lead sources, including Zillow Premier and additional digital marketing channels.
These systems allow agents to focus on building relationships, working with clients, and closing transactions.
Compensation:
$95,000 - $230,000 at plan earnings
