Market Sales Manager
The Market Sales Manager will research and drive sales for all software products and services under the GolfNow umbrella. They will have ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, relationship building, and account penetration, and will also be responsible for account management and growing their existing book of business.
Job Duties
Strong account management and relationship building experience
Outside Sales calls to Golf Courses partners and prospects
Preparation, presentation, and closing of customized golf course solutions
Documentation of sales activities into CRM database
Report generation of sales activities and revenues to be submitted to Regional Director on a regular basis
Assist with market/course analysis to include web checks and opportunity email programs
Implement marketing strategies to grow partner rounds and revenue
Management responsibility of Multi-Course Operators relationships, as assigned by supervisor
Basic Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience
Computer/Internet experience required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
Experience with online distribution platforms/technology is a plus
Salesforce or similar CRM experience
College degree, preferred
Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude
Sales development and/or strategy experience
Digital sales and marketing experience is a plus
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and goals
An ability to deliver on role duties and answer inquiries in a timely manner
Additional Requirements
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Wisconsin area or work from the HQ in Orlando, Florida.
Must be able to travel regularly, work overtime, and on weekends as necessary.
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
