Why This Role Matters
As an Educational Sales Director, you will be the face of WC in your region. You will meet with school leaders, introduce them to the life-changing opportunity of educational travel, and help them build programs that energize their classrooms and communities. You will work closely with the WC Admissions Team to plan your travel schedule, identify high-potential schools, and ensure a smooth handoff to our Account Management Team after a school is enrolled. Responsibilities
Travel 5 days per week to schools across your region (100% travel) Conduct 5-10 face-to-face outreach meetings per day Build and manage a territory-based recruitment plan Present WC's value to teachers, principals, and district leaders Maintain strong relationships with partner schools over time Manage your CRM pipeline and log every interaction Represent WC's mission and professionalism at all times Collaborate with internal teams to ensure school success What Sets WC Apart

Strong communication and public speaking skills Track record of achieving goals in a sales or outreach role High energy and a road warrior mindset Integrity, character, and a mission-first outlook Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience in education or sales Familiarity with school systems and decision-makers (teachers, admins, etc.) Base + performance-based compensation: $150,000 - $200,000/year Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Up to 10 weeks PTO between travel seasons Paid training and extensive support Long-term growth opportunities available
