Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Strongsville, OH, with some work from home being acceptable. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key tasks include marketing property for sale, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The agent will also stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with the local market in the Greater Cleveland area is a plus
Proficient in using real estate software and tools
