About the Role We’re building and evolving NYL360, our digital platform that supports the Field organization, and we’re looking for an energetic, proactive Director of Product Design to lead the design team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design team for NYL360.
Take products from 0-to-1 (launch) and 1-to-N (scale), bringing a clear point of view on discovery, MVP definition, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to design AI‑enabled workflows and insights that are trustworthy, compliant, and easy to adopt.
Weave trust, clarity, and empathy into NYL360 experiences that Field teams rely on, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across all digital journeys.
Support end‑to‑end adoption from initial launch through scaled adoption.
Pay Transparency Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000
