Labor Relations Representative 4
to support labor and employee relations initiatives. This role involves managing complex labor issues, supporting negotiations, resolving grievances, and advising leadership on employee relations matters. This is a
senior-level role
requiring strong analytical skills, labor law expertise, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on labor and employee relations matters Lead and participate in labor negotiations and bargaining sessions Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements Advise leadership on risk assessment and compliance issues Conduct training programs for managers and staff Promote proactive employee relations strategies Mentor and guide junior labor relations professionals Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum
6+ years
of experience in labor/employee relations Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and negotiations Experience handling complex employee relations cases Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience in public sector or higher education Prior experience in a teaching hospital or large healthcare system Key Skills
