Job Overview

The Business Product Owner (BPO) – Performance Management, Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will be responsible for the capability for these three key planning functions.

For Performance Management , they will own the end‑to‑end performance measurement framework for Planning and the ongoing evolution of performance indicators reporting. The role is accountable for ensuring indicator reporting technologies are clearly defined, consistently governed, and effectively used across PLAN, DELIVER, MTO, Finance, and regional teams to drive transparency, accountability, and performance improvement. The role will focus on pipeline enhancements to the One Performance Management System (OPMs).

The role also serves as the BPO for the Demand Planning & IBP process enablement.

This will focus on Anaplan and OMP Demand Planning platform enhancements—ensuring that demand planning, risk & opportunity and IBP workflows are supported by scalable, fit‑for‑purpose digital capabilities. In this capacity, the role translates IBP and demand planning processes into prioritized Anaplan and OMP DP enhancements, drives platform evolution in line with IBP maturity and planning cadence, and ensures strong integration with downstream performance management and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the governance and lifecycle management of PLAN benchmark reporting capabilities

Participate in annual benchmark target setting processes, aligning Worldwide, Regional, and Platform targets and resolving cross functional dependencies

Ensure system KPI definitions are clear, comparable, auditable, and aligned with leadership expectations

Act as Business Product Owner for demand capabilities in OMP responsible for the roadmap development of OMP FCT & Anaplan

Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for KPI tiles, drill downs, layouts, and data enhancements

Own PIPE submissions, roadmap sequencing, and release planning for performance capabilities

Lead change management, rollout planning, and adoption strategies for new KPIs, scorecards, and governance models

Support leadership communications and training related to performance management evolution

Partner with Planning, IBP process owners, and Digital teams to translate business requirements into Anaplan enhancements, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned to future state processes

Qualifications Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s /University or equivalent degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred

Certifications preferred: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher), Supply Chain Certification (APICS / IBF), and/or Project Management Certification (PMP / FPX)

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience

Demonstrated experience with ERP (preferably SAP) and/or Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., OMP, APO, and/or Anaplan)

Demonstrated knowledge of background table structures for ERP (preferably SAP) and/or Advanced Planning Systems (preferably OMP)

Experience with a common data layer (i.e. Data Lake, CDM, or semantic layer)

Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and build strong collaborative teams and relationships, leading cross-functional/ virtual teams without direct authority

Excellent written and verbal communication to clearly articulate data requirements, policies, and issues to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

102,000-173,000

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year; Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year; Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child; Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member; Caregiver Leave – 10 days; Volunteer Leave – 4 days; Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours.
