A leading risk and compliance management firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Support to oversee a team dedicated to providing excellent post-implementation support. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of customer support experience, leadership capabilities, and familiarity with Salesforce or Gainsight. The starting salary is $135,000 annually plus a 10% MBO.
