Marketing Director

Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Director of Marketing with a passion for delivering impactful results in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives sustainable growth across multiple channels, including B2B, B2C, distributor networks, and eCommerce.

Dallas, TX or Madill, OK

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all marketing initiatives across the organization

Develop and execute a marketing vision aligned with overall company strategy

Support new product development and lead go‑to‑market launch planning

Oversee the redesign and continuous improvement of company websites

Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards

Develop, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives to ensure achievement of KPIs and ROI targets

Collaborate cross‑functionally to support the planning, launch, and growth of new locations

Partner with sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and ad‑hoc initiatives

Drive data‑driven marketing efforts, including lead generation, nurturing, and customer relationship management

Increase brand awareness and optimize digital presence across multiple platforms

Manage and collaborate with third‑party agencies on creative and strategic initiatives

Ensure timely execution of integrated marketing programs at a high standard of quality

Serve as the primary liaison across stakeholders to communicate campaign plans, timelines, and performance metrics

Lead brand strategy and activation efforts across all ATW brands

Partner with leadership and customers to establish and track marketing benchmarks

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO and paid media optimization

Experience in durable goods, distribution, or multi‑location retail marketing is preferred

Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines with multiple dependencies

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and prioritize competing demands

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High sense of urgency and accountability

Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

Experience in large organizations with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach

Executive presence with the ability to present strategies and results at all levels

Ability to analyze data and allocate resources to maximize growth opportunities

Voice of Customer (VOC) clarity and insights

Timely completion of website refresh initiatives

Achievement of marketing budget targets

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in industrial products or related industries preferred

7–10+ years of relevant marketing experience
