Growth Marketing Manager
KEY.co, Austin, TX, United States
The short-term rental industry has emerged as a compelling alternative to traditional hotels, but it remains fragmented, inconsistent, and difficult to trust at the high end of the market. Discerning travelers still lack a single, reliable brand where they can confidently book a luxury home with the same consistency and service they expect from a five-star hotel.
KEY is building that brand. We curate high-quality homes and pair them with elevated service—creating a more consistent, reliable alternative to traditional vacation rental platforms across 60+ destinations.
We’re at an inflection point—growing quickly and focused on scaling bookings through stronger conversion, smarter marketing, and a tighter connection between demand and supply.
