Provide executive‑level guidance on project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all work remains operationally sound and profitable.
Market Leadership:

What You Bring
Experience:
20+ years of progressive leadership in construction, environmental, or civil services.
Market Credibility:
Existing relationships with decision‑makers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Strategic Mindset:
Proven track record of business development and the ability to convert relationships into awarded projects.
Leadership Style:
A collaborative, self‑motivated approach that aligns with family‑business values of integrity and excellence.
Local Presence:
Must be within driving distance of job sites throughout the Bay Area.
