
Database Marketing Manager

Position Overview
This role owns the marketing database and drives data‑driven player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, analytics, and targeted campaigns. The position is a contract-to-hire based out of Cripple Creek, Colorado, with remote work primarily and onsite travel at least once a quarter.
Responsibilities
Manage direct marketing execution.
Maintain database integrity.
Produce performance, redemption, cost, and proforma/postforma reporting.
Ensure compliance within a regulated gaming environment.
Own the workflow from campaign concept through segmentation, offer set‑up, creative, vendor handoff, drop date, and reporting.
Manage multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously.
Skills & Qualifications
Prior casino or gaming industry experience.
End-to-end project management of direct marketing campaigns.
Database marketing execution and segmentation.
Campaign analytics and reporting.
Vendor coordination and QA/proofing.
Strong Excel (pivot tables, structured reporting).
Comfortable working with casino management systems and marketing databases.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Synkros.
Exposure to SQL.
Experience with QCI or CRM platforms.
Experience in loyalty, hospitality, or rewards programs.
Job Type & Location Contract-to-hire position based out of Cripple Creek, Colorado. Remote work primarily with onsite travel at least once a quarter.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $48.00 - $55.00/hr. Benefits (subject to eligibility): medical, dental & vision; 401(k) and Roth; basic and supplemental life & AD&D; short and long-term disability; health & dependent care spending accounts (HSAs and DCFSA); transportation benefits; employee assistance program; time off/leave (PTO, vacation, sick leave).
