Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Anderson, TX, with opportunities for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include selling insurance products such as auto, home, life, and health insurance, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting clients in selecting suitable policies. The Insurance Agent will also provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage

Knowledge of Finance and financial concepts related to insurance policies

Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to maintain client relationships and assist with inquiries

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance (preferred but not required)

Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment

High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
