Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing digital marketing assets across various online and print channels. Primary focus will be on driving brand awareness and engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist possesses a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities
Have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer requirements and company priorities.
Experience with analyzing performance metrics.
Experience in successfully managing internal and external relationships.
Understanding of project management, meeting deadlines, and time management.
Coordination of healthcare collateral based on internal customer needs.
Able to work independently and maintain communication between team members to meet deadlines and manage projects in a timely manner.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, public speaking, and customer service skills.
Interest in brainstorming attention-grabbing marketing campaign strategies.
Keep abreast of industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
Travel as needed to support events and initiatives for external departments, including on-site coordination and digital marketing coverage. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
Healthcare background is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
Familiarity with marketing automation software is a plus.
Ability to work and communicate successfully in a remote environment.
Physical Demands This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Must be able to use a computer and other office machinery including copiers, scanners and computer software. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (30-40% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
