A growing and locally established technology solutions provider is seeking a
B2B Outside Sales Representative
to support expansion under new ownership and drive new business development across the Eau Claire market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a
motivated, competitive sales professional
who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and owning a territory with both
existing accounts and untapped potential .

What You'll Be Doing
Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
Close new business and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Track activity and opportunities to maintain visibility and accountability
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of sales or business experience (B2B preferred)
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Strong work ethic with an honest, ethical approach to sales
Territory
Local travel within ~60 miles of Eau Claire, WI
Hybrid flexibility with field-based client interaction
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $40K-$55K (DOE)
Commission + Bonus opportunities
Realistic 1st Year Earnings: $55K+
PTO and paid holidays
