We’re Hiring: Customer Success & Valuation Analyst (Hybrid Role) – New York

At altshare, we’re looking for a hands‑on professional to join our growing US team in a hybrid role combining Customer Success ownership with active involvement in 409A and equity valuation processes.

In this role, you will manage day‑to‑day customer relationships while also working closely with internal teams and clients on valuation‑related processes—bringing both a client‑facing mindset and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of US-based customers end‑to‑end, from onboarding through ongoing success

Own and actively participate in 409A valuation processes, working with internal analysts and external stakeholders

Work directly with founders, finance teams, lawyers, and accountants

Support equity, option, and financial instrument valuation processes

Drive product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction

Act as the Voice of the Customer and partner with Product & R&D

Identify customer needs and translate them into product insights and improvements

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS preferred)

Strong exposure to 409A / company valuation / equity compensation

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or similar

Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand valuation models

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US-based clients

Highly motivated, proactive, and data-driven

This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine working with clients and diving into the financial and valuation side of equity.
