Role at a Glance We are excited to bring on a
Client Communications Business Analyst
to support the Business Technology Solutions team as part of the Retail Solutions organization. This will be a Hybrid role with Fort Wayne, IN being the preferred key city location (open to others).
Background Details Lincoln has progressively improved its project delivery with an adaptive approach utilizing both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further enhance Lincoln's delivery across all lines of business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will analyze and document detailed requirements and/or user stories, along with creating mock‑ups for our technical teams.
You will evaluate existing processes, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement efficient solutions.
You will perform User Acceptance Testing where required.
You will facilitate requirements communication, manage expectations, be responsive with customer communication and build sustainable relationships.
You will ensure Operations is ready for implementation with examples/materials.
You will provide technical research and production support.
You will assist with ad‑hoc mailings by creating letters, obtaining appropriate approvals, and coordinating timing of mailings.
What We’re Looking For Must‑have experience (required)
4 years/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s)
Proven ability to analyze, document business / functional requirements and validate solution
Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workload and multi‑task while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand the implications of how technology is used/applied in the current business environment
Nice‑to‑have experience (preferred)
Financial Services background
Knowledge of Annuity products, administrative systems and processes
Annuity New Business systems experience
Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience

The pay range for this position is $72,900 – $131,600 with
anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range
and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long‑term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
