The AI Business Solutions team bridges the gap between cutting‑edge AI technology and actionable client solutions, partnering with CEOs, Boards, private equity, and governments.
Your Key Responsibilities As Senior Director, you will lead the solutioning and deployment of AI solutions across various sectors, helping clients navigate the AI landscape and develop innovative solutions that support EY‑Parthenon offerings.
Lead the design and deployment of AI systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with security and ethics standards.
Engage directly with clients to assess needs, conduct workshops, and propose AI‑driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
Manage large datasets, build data pipelines, and ensure data quality and governance.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Mentor junior professionals, fostering knowledge sharing and project success.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Business consulting experience with direct client engagement, positioning meetings, and workshops.
Deep knowledge of AI fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and programming languages such as Python.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, APIs, and system architecture.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience navigating security, privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Business‐oriented mindset with a drive to deliver client value.
Excellent relationship‑building skills with key decision makers.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 7+ years of experience.
Significant management consulting experience.
Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real‑world settings across multiple sectors.
Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals.
Strong analytical abilities and confidence in translating data into insights.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when required.
Ideally, you will have
Experience in another large professional services organization.
MBA preferred.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and solve critical strategic, business, and economic challenges.
Knowledge of leveraging firm‑approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
