In this high-impact role, you will:
Research target accounts and execute personalized multi channel outreach (phone, email, social)
Book high-quality, qualified meetings for our Customer Experience team
Run light discovery to understand needs, timing, and fit
Partner closely with our Marketing department on campaigns, events, and inbound leads
Maintain clean, accurate Salesforce data and deliver crisp, well documented handoffs

Success in this role means:
You consistently exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and leads
You generate predictable, high-quality pipeline aligned to quarterly goals

You build trust with decision-makers across the fitness industry
Who You Are:
3–5 years of experience in business development or similar roles
Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-activity environments
Naturally curious, coachable, and always looking for ways to improve
Comfortable using Salesforce, ZoomInfo Copilot, Calendly, LinkedIn, and digital tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing time and priorities
Passionate about helping partners grow their businesses — fitness background a plus
