We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented, experienced Permanent Community Association Paralegal to join our vibrant legal team. This unique hybrid role will allow you to leverage your legal expertise in a variety of areas, including legal document preparation, register‑agent services, rewrite management, and the automated title information data system (ATIDS). The successful candidate will handle recall and special assessment mortgage matters, maintain the Marketable Title Act, and oversee Homeowners Association (HOA) and Property Owner Association (POA) matters. Hybrid Community Association Paralegal / 401(k) / Great Work Environment / Great Benefit Package Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year Responsibilities
Provide paralegal support on a wide range of issues relating to HOA and POA. Manage rewrites and amendments of condominium documents, ensuring they are legally sound and comply with all regulations. Utilize the Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDS) to manage and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records. Handle recall and special assessment mortgage matters, providing expert advice and support to clients and attorneys. Maintain the Marketable Title Act, ensuring all property titles are legally sound. Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, providing updates and information about their cases. Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and meetings. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the legal industry. Experience managing rewrites and utilizing ATIDS. Proven track record of handling recall and special assessment mortgage matters. Extensive knowledge of the Marketable Title Act and experience maintaining it. Expertise in handling HOA and POA matters. Familiarity with Summation or similar legal software is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proactive approach, able to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field required; paralegal certificate highly desirable. Benefits
