Field Sales Representative
Pay Rate:
$23.00 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission
Part-Time Schedule:
5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm
About the Role:
In‑home sales & tech support during our busiest hours. Entry‑level and ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys customer interaction and wants hands‑on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve
Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or at any location; pre‑scheduled by Asurion.
Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer at all times.
Solve
Address and resolve customers’ technical issues with clear, understandable solutions.
Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product that meets their future needs.
Sell
Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions.
Listen actively to identify needs and position products uniquely.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills to secure appropriate sales.
Qualifications:
Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and satisfactory record.
Proof of valid car insurance (excludes Manhattan).
Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); travel up to 120 miles one‑way.
Availability for a varied 5‑day schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Personal cellphone for job communication.
Comfortable working around household pets.
Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
Open‑minded and passionate about learning a wide range of skills.
Outgoing and thrives in human interaction.
Flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs and market demand.
