Job Summary
Performs routine responsibilities and serves as a primary point of contact for the clients they oversee, under direct supervision. Supports coverage strategy and plan application in everyday insurance scenarios.
Responsibilities Perform daily service on assigned tasks by EB Account Managers/Executives in all aspects of plan administration, client, and employee advocacy
Support the team with consistent follow-through on deadlines, providing accurate and timely information as needed
Assist members with benefit claims, inquiries, providing guidance, and support
Resolve member claim issues by collaborating with providers, billing offices, medical groups, and carriers
Audit enrollment
Support preparation of Open Enrollment and overall process
Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality of sensitive information
Maintain knowledge of all group coverages and relevant policy and plan documents
Complete other functions and assignments as needed, including back-up duties
Requirements Active Health & Life license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire date
Strong organizational skills and ability to discern priority and initiative
Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Reasoning skills: ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions
EPIC experience a plus
Employee Navigator experience a plus
Education/Experience High School diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
CPCU or special training course completion a plus

Pay Details
The base compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
