Role: Sr. Kronos Consultant Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term contract
Responsibilities
Provide production support activities through planned releases, break‑fix resolution, and emergency situations.
Act as a configuration resource in one or more of the UKG applications, based on business requirements.
Assist business, functional, and technical team members with problem resolution.
Write functional specifications; work closely with technical resources to coordinate development and testing of system changes.
Maintain documentation in the knowledge repository.
Support several business processes of varying complexity.
Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process—gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes—to identify business priorities and advise on options.
Provide factual content for feasibility studies for development projects and enhancement requests.
Develop, write, and communicate business requirements for the implementation of business solutions.
Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Assist in the development of user test cases and validate test results during user acceptance testing.
Assist in the development of user manuals and may assist in user training.
Investigate, resolve, and elevate problems.
Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote an understanding of IT roles, processes, and activities to business units.
Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status.
Mentor other team members.
