Executive Assistant/Assistant Producer - Live Event Production Company, Large Sc

Overture Global Entertainment, New York, NY, United States

Overture Global Entertainment is a full-service production company specializing in large‑scale global concert ventures. Renowned for its innovative blend of orchestral performances with world‑class visual media IP, Overture is a leader in the rapidly expanding film concert industry. Overture partners with major studios to commercialize film concerts, redefining live orchestra experiences and setting new standards for live score and pop orchestra events. Current productions include Barbie The Movie: In Concert, The Music of Taylor Swift: A Symphonic Tribute, Disney & Pixar's Coco: In Concert, among others. Overture also serves as the production home of The Sinfonietta, an international all‑women pop orchestra network which performs at iconic venues worldwide.

Role Description This is a hybrid role at the intersection of executive operations and live/concert event production. While we are ideally seeking one candidate, we are open to splitting the role for the right two people. The selected candidate(s) will support the CEO and COO with day‑to‑day administrative tasks—managing schedules, coordinating meetings, tracking expenses and preparing expense reports, and facilitating research and insight initiatives. The role will also maintain company social media accounts, working closely with the team’s videographer to execute media and marketing plans, and will assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands to optimize workflow.

Surrounding upcoming concerts and events, the role involves assisting in event production logistics, communicating with external partners, and documenting projects to ensure smooth operations in the planning and execution of large‑scale live events. Selected candidates will occasionally travel with the team to provide on‑the‑ground production support.

Because the role requires hands‑on involvement, we are currently searching only for applicants local to NYC or who are interested in occasional travel with the team for productions. International travel is occasionally required; candidates must have a valid passport.
