Business Development Supervisor – Gulf Coast Territory (AL, MS, LA) Mobile, AL | Jackson, MS | Gulfport, MS | Covington, LA | Mandeville, LA

We are seeking a

Business Development Supervisor

to support growth across our Gulf Coast territory. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and executing sales strategies that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across the assigned territory

Generate new business through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting

Conduct client meetings and deliver tailored presentations that communicate value effectively

Execute a territory sales strategy aligned with revenue goalsNegotiate and close new business opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in

B2B sales or business development , with a focus on new client acquisition

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively

Experience in

logistics, transportation, or supply chain

is preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Additional Information

Candidates must be located in the Gulf Coast region (AL, MS, LA) or willing to relocate independently
