Mid-sized education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks a Marketing and Campaign Specialist. Candidates will be considered for the following DWK office: Sacramento (Hybrid) Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Firm’s CRM database, including developing appropriate mailing and invitation lists, distributing event-associated mailings, and tracking RSVPs. Collect and analyze data of email list serves Independently draft and prepare e-communication marketing campaigns and analytics reporting Assist with preparing and coordinating pitches, proposals, and RFP responses Provide support for coordinating logistics for Firm-sponsored events Facilitate and coordinate strategic sponsorship/membership opportunities Work with associations and their representatives to coordinate sponsorships and tabling opportunities for the firm Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or equivalent in related experience A minimum of two years of marketing and communications experience required Exceptional proofreading, writing, communication, and client service skills Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines Strong technical skills, including solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, (Word Press) and email-campaign software experience is preferred Ability to interact with staff and attorneys at all levels by establishing credibility with attorneys through completing quality work, communicating effectively, and demonstrating tact, adequate follow-up, and reliability Ability to work overtime and travel to off-site events on an as needed basis Equal Opportunity Employment

The hourly rate range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $40.00 – $46.50. The final hourly rate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
