We\'re seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer in Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, OH who is excited about working on advanced facilities projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to support projects for some of the world’s largest and most state-of-the-art industrial facilities. You’ll independently perform mechanical design assignments with general technical guidance on complex projects. Your mechanical experience will be put to use to create HVAC and Plumbing designs for construction. There will be opportunities to be on project sites to gather existing HVAC and Plumbing conditions and during construction. You will coordinate work activities with other design and engineering professionals and project management.

Responsibilities Here\'s what you\'ll need
Associate Degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
At least 5 year of Revit design experience
At least 10 years of AutoCAD design experience
Industrial design experience including pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, or similar
Ideally, you’ll also have
Knowledge of Revizto or NavisWorks
Knowledge of load calculation softwares (Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, etc)
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $140,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
