Marketing Coordinator – Summer (Full or Part-Time, Hybrid)
Location: Stagestep – Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid Remote)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand and product awareness within targeted segments and audiences.
Ensure all communications align with Stagestep’s brand identity, voice, and tone.
Support development and scheduling of social media content across platforms.
Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate development of video content and other multimedia.
Coordinate design and production of marketing brochures, sample binders, flyers, etc.
Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and sponsorships.
Assist in preparing sales and promotional presentations.
Requirements
H.S. diploma. Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications a plus.
Experience in marketing support, digital marketing or related.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong computer experience.
Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualities
Dependable and accountable.
Organized and have a strong attention to detail.
Schedule Part-Time: Monday – Thursday (up to 30 hours weekly) OR Full-Time: Monday – Friday. After initial training period, Hybrid is available.
Offer contingent upon successful completion of a preemployment background check and drug screen.
