Responsibilities
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Establish rapport with customers to build strong network and consult during buying process to figure out their needs and wants for a vehicle
Be the vehicle expert and have a deep understanding of our product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Follow-up with buyers before and after purchase to ensure referral business
Work with the Sales Managers and Customers throughout the buying experience
Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth sales process
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Extraordinary communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
