This fast‑growing, innovative function develops self‑service advertising products that integrate advertising into the shopping experience from discovery to purchase, delighting shoppers while helping businesses sell and grow brand awareness, discovery, and loyalty.
As part of our mandate to help small & mid‑sized businesses (SMBs) reach new audiences and accelerate growth, our team builds marketing programs that increase awareness of our ad solutions while solving key customer pain points. This role focuses on developing, executing, and measuring marketing and creative programs for Sponsored Products, driving SMB advertiser acquisition and retention.
Key Job Responsibilities
Define the overall SMB marketing & creative strategy to increase awareness and utilization of Sponsored Products (audience segmentation, creative/content strategy, channel strategy, and marketing calendar).
Create on‑brand, best‑in‑class content tailored to appropriate customers to build acquisition campaigns.
Own end‑to‑end campaign management from ideation to execution and measurement.
Audit existing content and identify gaps in content assets.
Work across Marketing Managers, Content Creators, Designers, Program Managers, and business leadership to align channel initiatives with cross‑functional team goals.
Analyze, report on, and optimize against key performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions.
Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers).
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks.

The base salary range for this position is $155,400‑$210,300 USD annually in New York (NY) and $141,000‑$190,700 USD annually in Seattle (WA). Final compensation will also include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and a comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave).
