We are recruiting for a

Global Product Management Leader

to define and build a next‑generation surgical data & AI platform. This platform will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of multimodal surgical data and enable teams to develop, deploy, and scale ML/AI models in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, including OKRs that measure progress toward outcomes.

Drive development of a scalable platform for video intelligence, multimodal data integration, analytics, AI model development, and insight generation.

Lead product investment prioritization and backlog management—balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term strategic differentiation.

Lead user and market research to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and translate insights into product ideas and clear requirements.

Build strong networks with key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to accelerate learning, drive alignment, and increase adoption.

Partner with the growth and engagement team to create compelling, accurate positioning and go‑to‑market collateral.

Forecast revenue and/or savings opportunities; build and defend business and investment cases with senior and executive stakeholders.

Align and influence cross‑functional teams around a clear product mission, priorities, and roadmap.

Ensure solutions are developed with a strong focus on quality, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.

Stay current on trends across AI, multimodal data platforms, computer vision, digital surgery, and sensor‑enabled intelligence, and incorporate insights into the product strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, AI, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or digital platform leadership—ideally in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, and/or AI‑enabled product environments.

Proven leadership of product and/or engineering teams delivering enterprise‑scale digital products and platforms.

Strong foundation in AI/ML, computer vision, multimodal data systems, cloud‑native architectures, analytics platforms, and modern software engineering practices.

Experience with video, sensor data, EHR‑linked data, or other clinical/procedural data sources strongly preferred.

Demonstrated partnership with external technology companies, hyperscalers, and ecosystem collaborators.

Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence across technical, clinical, business, and executive teams.

Experience operating in regulated environments, with knowledge of quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.

Ability to travel up to 25% (U.S. and international).

Base Pay $157,000.00 - $271,400.00

Benefits and Pay Transparency Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.

Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado – 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours per calendar year
