Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) includes Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh, bringing together physical and digital grocery retail experiences. We are seeking a Project Manager for our Marketing Operations team in Austin, Texas, to lead the delivery of large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives across both Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh brands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing initiatives for Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh.

Manage project execution aligned with Global Marketing priorities and business objectives.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and status reporting.

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure marketing excellence.

Coordinate across digital channels (email, web, social, paid media) and physical channels (in‑store, print) to ensure timely asset delivery and specification compliance.

Partner with creative and content teams to manage review cycles, implement feedback, and ensure deliverables meet brief requirements.

Collaborate with Marketing & Ecomm program owners to ensure briefs are clear and stakeholder feedback is appropriately addressed.

Lead regular stakeholder communications including status updates, decision documentation, and risk identification.

Build constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders; analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, assess risks, and define capabilities to solve business problems.

Demonstrate effective planning and stakeholder management by setting and managing realistic project timelines.

Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations processes and workflows.

Leverage project management tools (such as Workfront) to optimize team efficiency.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase operational effectiveness.

Champion best practices in project management across the PMO.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2+ years of program or project management experience.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.

Experience developing successful marketing or communications campaigns.

1+ years of retail or customer‑facing experience.

Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams.

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem‑solving abilities.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
