The Role: Our client is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead complex, high-impact implementations for their largest customers.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll own the full lifecycle— from discovery and solution design through to delivery and handover—ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients
Run discovery sessions and design tailored solutions
Partner with technical teams to scope and deliver integrations
Manage stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive levels
Drive onboarding and early customer success
Identify risks and keep projects on track
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Engineering
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management
Proven success managing complex enterprise-level projects
Strong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms)
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in operations (legal ops a plus, but not required)
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
NYC based and able to work on site 2-3 days/week
Work with a category-defining product in a rapidly evolving space
$150K-$170K OTE
