
Cooperative Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst

Description
As a Cooperative Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst, you will coordinate with other members of the PMA customer supporting a Navy program at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax).
Responsibilities
Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems.
Provide support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release.
Review program documentation prior to release to foreign governments. Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy.
Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export compliance/license/exemption utilization.
Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs.
Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals. Assist in resolving disclosure questions and issues.
Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals.
Provide support for management of foreign national visits.
Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University, or in lieu, an Associate's degree plus two additional years of work experience, or an additional four years of experience if no degree.
Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience working as a program/project/management analyst specifically for a security cooperation program.
At least 1 year of experience demonstrated with international program policy, foreign disclosure review, export compliance, and/or international agreement management.
Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
Demonstrated skills writing/managing processes, providing training, briefing program status to leadership.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with large and diverse teams.
Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience developing program-level briefs.
Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
